Lauretta and James Burke have spent their lives together for 64 wonderful years as husband and wife. And the last moment of their lives together looks like love will really endure forever.

Lauretta has an Alzheimer's disease due to old age and James, who happens to be sick, does not want to leave her because he knew that Lauretta needs her the most. They were like the same person according to their family.
